He grew up in New England and came out to Colorado to attend The University of Colorado at Boulder where he majored in International Affairs. Rob fell in love with Colorado and the lifestyle it offers. He was a cook in Boulder when he started volunteering at the Colorado Conservation Trust, a Boulder based non-profit. After Rob became a ski instructor in the winter and a fly-fishing guide during the off season. After a year Rob realized he liked working for non-profits and started seeking a job at one. When he found ReSource it was a perfect match. He could work for a non-profit and help preserve the outdoors all while working outside with his dog, Hugo, next to him. When Rob is not at ReSource you can usually find him out fishing for fun or guiding clients.
