Participant Qualifications

If you live in the City of Boulder only, you must receive an energy audit through the CRC's Residential Energy Audit Program ( REAP) or Home Performance with ENERGY STAR assessment

If you live in Boulder County - excluding City of Boulder residents - you must receive an energy audit through the CRC's Residential Energy Audit Program ( REAP)

Program Details
- Rebates cover insulation in attics and/or exterior walls, and air sealing
- Rebates cover 20 percent of the cost of the insulation and air sealing, up to a maximum of $300
- Rebates are first come, first served, while 2008 program budget lasts (As of 1/5/09 the program has been extended through 2/28/09 or until funding runs out)
- Rebates are only for installations begun after April 30
