How to Support Us

For over thirty years, the Center for ReSource Conservation has helped our local community live independently and sustainably. Beyond reducing greenhouse gas emissions, CRC’s work conserves energy, water, and landfill resources.

In 2009 alone, CRC’s programs achieved the following:

• ReSource served over 20,000 Colorado residents in reclaiming materials that would have otherwise headed to the dump. 
• REAP (Residential Energy Action Program) guided 900 homeowners into energy efficiency through audits and cost-savings measures.
• Insulate Colorado & Solar Thermal Rebates programs processed over 100 energy-saving rebates for equipment and services.
• ReNew Our Schools installed PV solar systems on three Boulder County schools now generating electricity from 10kW solar arrays.
• Slow The Flow conducted 1,420 free sprinkler inspections at homes & businesses to reduce and maximize outdoor water use.
• Garden-In-A-Box helped over 400 homeowners convert their lawn to low-water-use xeriscape gardens.
