ReSource Invaded by Children
Summer camp kids make art and noise at ReSource in Boulder.
Last week was no ordinary week at ReSource in Boulder; we were visited by 6 campers from the CU Science Learning Laboratory summer camp. The kids, aged 10-15, glued, nailed, hammered and re-shaped materials found around the yard into recycled art, sculptures and musical instruments. The activity taught the kids why reuse is integral to the health of the planet, and also provided inspiration to burgeoning young artistic minds. At the end of the week, the children performed with the instruments they made in a "Junk Jam Band". www.ReSourceYard.org

Time for an update.
Things are looking good at 1501 North College these days, especially above our door. Our new sign was installed this week and just like everything else at ReSource, it has a great story behind it. Get the scoop from the Coloradoan by clicking here.

Rumor has it, the same sign was salvaged for the Boulder yard - and this one has a heart and an "I" to go with it. (I "heart" ReSource)
We've also completed marking our Ft. Collins warehouses with some really cool signs made by a local artist out of reclaimed material.

Next time you're in the FC, drop by and visit!
